Every piece of Sonora merch is printed to order by our print partner after you check out. Nothing is sitting on a shelf, so we can't accept returns or exchanges, including for size, color or a change of mind. Please check your size before you order.
If something arrives damaged or misprinted, or it isn't what you ordered, email contact@learnwithsonora.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund, and you won't need to send anything back.
Orders go to the printer quickly. If you ordered in the Sonora app, you can change the size or shipping address, or cancel for a full refund, under Your orders in the merch shop until your order starts printing. Once it's printing, it can't be changed or canceled.
